MARKETING:

We have expanded our digital marketing footprint this year to reach more people who will be in town for the weekend.

NEW! Rather than our usual postcard, we are printing 6,000 brochures with dozens of impressive images. This will have a more powerful impact than our usual oversized postcard.

WHERE DO THEY GO?  We will distribute them to 60-80 hotels, inns, and motels. OUR POSTERS and BROCHURES will be placed everywhere and anywhere.

TANGLEWOOD

The BSO ( Boston Symphony ) opens on Friday, July 5. Our best years have been when opening night coincides with our weekend!

The Tanglewood crowd is our customer.

Tanglewood Schedule:

Wednesday, July 3 and Thursday, July 4: James Taylor

Friday, July 5, Boston Symphony Orchestra opens at 8 pm

Saturday, July 6: Boston Symphony Orchestra Broadway Today

NEW this year... The Butterfly Tent.

A Fundraiser to save the Monarch Butterfly. Everyone loves to feed them.

The tent will have hundreds of live butterflies, plants, and flowers, and there should be many families who might not ordinarily attend.

Join us in the Butterfly Tent, a unique volunteering opportunity to help save the Monarch Butterfly. If you or someone you know can spare some time, even an hour, to assist with butterfly feeding activities, we would greatly appreciate your support.
