Legal Agreement:

I hereby release and forever discharge American Art Marketing, all sponsoring organizations and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss, or damage arising out of my participation in the show(s). If accepted, AAM has my permission to reproduce my artwork through the images I have submitted to promote, advertise, and market their shows.

If American Art Marketing is forced to cancel a show due to reasons of the venue being destroyed by fire, weather, or other calamity, or by any act of God, public enemy, strikes, statutes, ordinances, or any legal authority, or any cause beyond our control there will be no refunds, however, full refunds will be offered if the show is cancelled due to Covid related government regulations.

By submitting your application online, you confirm that you have read and agree to the above Legal Agreement. Furthermore, you agree to abide by all show rules, and regulations.
