FAQ'S

Who May Exhibit? All work must be handmade in the USA or Canada by the exhibiting artist.


Amenities Berkshires Arts Festival:  

24 hour  Security | Online Artist Listing with image & website | Show Catalog listing & advertising opportunity | 
Indoor, outdoor, and tented booths available | Air Conditioned, and carpeted Upper Lodge  | Beautiful mountain setting | Unload directly at booth | FREE camping on site 


Categories Accepted: 2D Mixed Media, Ceramics, Digital Media, Fiber-Decorative, Fiber-Wearable, Furniture, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Mixed Media, Painting, Photography, Sculpture and Wood.

Application Fee: non-refundable application fee is $40  Late Application Fee: $55.00

Cancellation & Refunds: All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be given after April 1 , 2026  for the Berkshires Arts Festival.  A 50% refund will be given prior to that date. Call the AAM office to confirm if you have not received a cancellation confirmation via email within five (5) business days from your initial email request.

Images: You will need the following: 4 images of your work and 1 of your booth. Images must be in jpg  or png format and under 10mg  

 The Selection Process:Richard & Joanna Rothbard, the show's producers, and owners of An American Craftsman Galleries, will select artists based on originality of design, technical expertise, overall aesthetics, and presentation. 

 

Booth Fees/Options:

 OUTDOORS
Provide your own booth, under your own canopy. Most booths are fairly level on grassy surfaces.

Electricity is available for demonstrating artists only.

UNDER LARGE WHITE TENTS
Provide your own display. 500 watts electricity included.

UPPER LODGE  is carpeted & air-conditioned
Provide your own display. 500 watts of electricity included. 35 spaces available.

Most booths have a 7'6" height limit. There are height limitations throughout the Lodge. If you have a tall booth, please make a note on your application so we can address this as early as possible.

Berkshires SHOW SCHEDULE

 Move In & Set Up
Thursday, July 2,  9 am-7 pm

No Arrivals After 5 PM. No Friday morning set-up
 
SHOW HOURS:
Friday, July 3:     10 am-6 pm
Saturday, July 4: 10 am-6 pm
Sunday, July 5:    10 am-5 pm

 Booth Fee : Booth fee Payment is due on March 10. 
Booth payments received after 5 day grace period subject to $40 administrative fee.

When Will I Be Notified? Jury notification will be emailed within 3 weeks of the application deadline.
