Exhibitor Services
Pipe & Drape:
If you must use your tent frame for your booth, please email us HERE.
We will provide pipe and drape back walls with Black curtains. Your booth will be enclosed on three sides, and on 2 sides for corner booths.
To order a Crossbar to hang your track lighting. Order HERE.
Outdoor tents are strongly discouraged. A beautifully designed, professional, well-illuminated display is the standard.

Lighting
No household incandescent light bulbs are permitted. The new LED spots or floods are what most of you should use. Track lighting is cheap on Amazon, and I recommend using fixtures that take screw-type bulbs. Best for total output, cost, and flexibility. If you're unsure how to light your booth best, please text or call Richard. We have answers and cost-effective solutions.
Arrival & Check In
Please pull up to the ramp door at the rear of the Armory. Follow our signs.
You may drive to your booth to unload if you arrive before 10:30 am. After 10:30 am, there may not be room to drive to your booth, so bring a dolly.
You must arrive no later than 12 noon.
