Art+Design+Fashion | Park Ave

Deadline: May 15

Wallace Hall at St Ignatius Loyola is a beautiful space facing Park Ave on the corner of 84th St. in the heart of  Manhattan's affluent Upper East Side.

Booth Fees range from $695- $1345.

The Church of St Ignatius Loyola NYC at 84th St and Park Ave. in NYC,  will host our show on Manhattan's affluent Upper East Side.. The average Upper East Side income is $148,000, and the neighborhood is lovely and inviting day or night. Your clients and friends will not have any concerns about traveling to this neighborhood.

The show will be small, with about 50 exhibitors, with an easy load-in  straight from the street.

This location on Park Ave will allow us to meet new customers who will appreciate and can afford the outstanding work our show will offer.

The extended neighborhood at 84th and Park has thousands of your best potential clients within blocks. This is an entirely different world where we can direct mail into neighborhood mailboxes  where people can literally walk to our show and shop.

I invite all of you to look at this as a very special opportunity, from the Friday preview party for you to invite your best clients to a marketing campaign that will take a more personal approach to presenting your work .

The booth sizes and  fees ranging from $695-$1200 will reflect the layout and cost of producing a smaller show. Smaller low cost booths will give many of you the opportunity to be creative with your booth design. it will be a show that features among the of the most successful and established creatives in our industry. That, my friends, will be the marketing strategy.

My job will be to facilitate connecting all of you to as many of these potential clients as possible. Our favorite Public Relations partner, Jeanne Byington, who worked with us on Rockefeller Center, Brooklyn Museum, and our Berkshires Arts Festival, will be in charge of PR.

Personalized Marketing & PR – We are not just advertising a show; we will also be telling your story. Our PR team, led by Jeanne Byington  will ensure that your work is seen by the right audience. We will launch a direct mail campaign to 10,000 high-net-worth customers within walking distance to the show. Our advertising will include all of the Upper East & West Side newspapers, Public  Radio, Digital Outlets,Poster & post Card distribution and emails to our 14,000 metro NYC data base. We want your one minute videos for our web site.

Our Approach will not only be about marketing this show for you, but with you;  connecting you with the right audience in the right setting. Our combined social media efforts and mailing lists, will make a big difference. The benefits gained by the smaller show and the intimate environment will become evident in a successful and profitable weekend.

Our job will be to facilitate connecting all of you to as many of these potential clients as possible.
