Wallace Hall at St Ignatius Loyola is a beautiful space facing Park Ave on the corner of 84th St. in the heart of Manhattan's affluent Upper East Side.
The Church of St Ignatius Loyola NYC at 84th St and Park Ave. in NYC, will host our show on Manhattan's affluent Upper East Side. Many years ago, an Art Rider show was held at Wallace Hall for several years. It is a beautiful space in the heart of Manhattan's most affluent Upper East Side. The average Upper East Side income is $148,000, and the neighborhood is lovely and inviting day or night. Your clients and friends will not have any concerns about traveling to this neighborhood.
The show will be small, with about 50 exhibitors, and the load-in is straight forward and direct.
This location on Park Ave will allow us to meet new customers who will appreciate and can afford the outstanding work our show will offer.
Together, we will continue to court our best clients.
The extended neighborhood at 84th and Park has thousands of your best potential clients within blocks. This is an entirely different world where we can direct mail into the mailboxes of 7-10,000 affluent customers who can literally walk to our show and shop.
I invite all of you to look at this as a very special opportunity, from the Friday preview party for you to invite your best clients to a marketing campaign that will take a more personal approach to presenting your work .
Although the booth fees need to reflect the cost of producing a smaller show, it will be a show that features the creme de la creme of the most successful and established creatives in our industry. That, my friends, will be the marketing strategy.
My job will be to facilitate connecting all of you to as many of these potential clients as possible. Our favorite Public Relations partner, Jeanne Byington, who worked with us on Rockefeller Center, Brooklyn Museum, and our Berkshires Arts Festival, will be in charge of PR.
